Preventive medicine in India is underused. Not because people do not care about their health, but because the path to a high-quality scan has always been complicated. We are simplifying it.
Our story
Built on a simple, inconvenient truth
Most serious health conditions do not announce themselves with clear symptoms until they have already progressed. The tools to detect many of them early exist, but access to high-quality MRI screening in India has historically been fragmented, confusing, and unevenly distributed.
Aira was founded to change that. Not by building new hospitals or buying expensive scanners, but by creating the layer above: a booking experience that actually makes sense, a network of vetted partner imaging centres, and a reporting service that translates dense medical findings into something genuinely useful.
We are asset-light by design. That means we can move faster, partner with the best centres in each city, and focus entirely on what we are best at: the experience, the quality, and the relationship with you.

You book through Aira
We handle your booking, pre-scan preparation, and all coordination with the imaging centre.
Your scan at a partner centre
You attend a NABH-accredited imaging centre in your city. Aira is not present at the scan; the clinical team there handles everything.
We handle your report
The radiologist's report comes to us. We quality-review it and add our plain-English summary before delivering to you.
