By accessing or using the Aira website (https://airawellness.in) or any Aira service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Nature of service
Aira provides a preventive wellness screening coordination service. We facilitate booking, manage the reporting experience, and connect you with NABH-accredited partner imaging centres. We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical care. Please refer to our Medical Disclaimer for full details.
3. Eligibility
To use Aira's services, you must be at least 18 years of age. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you wish to book a scan for a minor, please contact us directly.
4. Bookings and cancellations
Bookings are subject to availability at our partner imaging centres. Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be provided at the time of booking confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in exceptional circumstances, in which case we will offer a full alternative or refund.
5. Payments
Pricing is indicative and confirmed at booking. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. We do not store payment card details. GST is applicable on all services as per applicable Indian tax law.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website (including text, graphics, logos, and design) is the property of Aira Health Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors, protected by Indian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aira shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
9. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
